Built on the lightweight performance platform of the brand's flagship AeroDash, AeroLace adds a precision lace-up system that locks the foot in place, delivering the stability most slip-on styles can't offer during quick direction changes, dynamic workouts, and higher-intensity movement.

While other 3D printed sneakers treat comfort as a one-note story, AeroLace goes a step further: it keeps everything wearers loved about AeroDash — the responsive lattice cushioning, the open, breathable structure, the feather-light feel — and wraps it in an adjustable, personalized fit.

What's new: the lace-up system

The heart of AeroLace is its precision lacing. Where previous Aero models relied on a slip-on construction, AeroLace introduces adjustable lacing that lets each wearer dial in their own lockdown. The enhanced wrap and stronger midfoot containment translate directly to real-world confidence: better foot stability during fast cuts, more support through dynamic workouts, and a secure hold that lasts from the first mile to the last rep of the day.

Like every ARKKY shoe, AeroLace is printed as a unified structure rather than glued together from parts. Thousands of 3D-printed support points form a lattice that absorbs impact and returns energy with every step, while the open structure lets air flow freely through the shoe — the design answer to the hot, stuffy problem that has plagued sneakers for decades.

The shoe is produced on ARKKY's AIHALS printing platform, the high-speed photopolymerization technology that prints footwear 20–100x faster than conventional methods without sacrificing mechanical performance. The material itself is part of the story: a 53% bio-based, fully recyclable photopolymer, part of ARKKY's zero-waste production model, where waste is minimized at the source and every pair can be returned to the printing loop at the end of its life.
