Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long does it take to process my order? Could there be any delays?
Yes, the processing time may be delayed.
Black/White: Ships within 3–7 business days.
Other colors: Ships within 3–15 business days.
Usually, the processing time for black and white shoes is more stable and on time. For colored shoes, the printing queue is more likely to become busy or congested, which may cause delays.
Therefore, we recommend purchasing the colored versions only when you have enough time to wait, so as not to affect your schedule or plans.
For orders that exceed our standard processing time, we will include a 3D printed stress ball in the package.
Why have I not received a tracking number or notification for a relatively long time after placing my order?
Once an order is submitted, the order details are pushed to the print queue of the factory's TAP printer cluster, where they await their turn to be printed. For detailed timelines, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.
If the estimated timeframe stated by Arkky is approaching or has already passed, and you have not yet received a shipping notification or a tracking number update, please contact our support staff.

We ship globally, though some regions might have specific restrictions or additional shipping times.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-14 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused condition with original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return. For more details, please read our Return Policy.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed.
Does ARKKY support wholesale orders or customized orders for business clients?
ARKKY supports wholesale orders and customized B2B orders, but a certain MOQ is required. Please contact our sales representatives at sales@arkky.com.

Does ARKKY offer custom shoe design services?
No, currently we only sell shoes in standard sizes, so we haven't started offering custom sizes yet.
What material are your shoes made from?
The shoes are printed using bio-based TPU material, which has characteristics such as durability, slip resistance, odor resistance, wear resistance, and environmental friendliness.
How does it feel to wear a 3D printed shoes?
Wearing our 3D printed shoes feels like stepping into a whole new footwear experience. The shoes naturally conform to the shape of your feet, offering a light and breathable feel. With every step, you’ll enjoy soft support and comfortable cushioning that makes walking effortless.
How to clean shoes?
In fact, the lattice structure does not easily trap stones. For other dirt and debris, it is recommended to rinse with high-pressure water.
Must the shoe packaging include a 3D printed stress ball?
No, the 3D printed stress relief ball is not part of the product.
It is only a randomly included small gift.
